Who are RPHS?

We are a small locally based firm established in 1997, which offers a comprehensive letting service second to none. If you are considering letting your property, why not give us a go-you won't be disappointed. If you are looking for a property to rent, then look no further.

For landlords

We will market your property by advertising in local press, on our website & within our premises in order to find a suitable tenant for your property. All tenants are fully referenced (employment and landlord)

We provide a standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement and deal with all the associated paperwork on your behalf.

Each tenancy is managed individually for you. We won't leave you to it!! At RPHS we offer you advice and guidance
throughout the term of tenancy and when due for renewal, we contact you and discuss your needs and take instructions.

Key points when letting

Full management

When you instruct RPHS to manage your property you will receive all of the above services, together with ongoing supervision of the property.

Richard or Carla or Catherine will look after all your needs with the assistance of local, reliable contractors. Together, working on your behalf, we will undertake the task of caring for the property and make periodical visits to ensure that the tenancy agreement is being adhered to and report to you immediately with any tenancy or maintenance problems.
We will produce a full inventory, check in and check out the tenants and this is for a “one off” fee of £75.00 plus VAT.
Terms and conditions

For tenants

We will make finding your home as painless as possible.We make fair decisions when considering applicants.

In order to be considered for a tenancy we have a simple application form, and ask that you undertake a credit check. The cost to fulfil this is £45.00.

We do not make additional charges in considering applicants for tenancy.

In some circumstances a guarantor may be required.
